This is our starting point, where we'll get to know each other a little more.

We listen to you tell the Workshop team about your business using our GROW framework & we tell you how we'll get things moving and what to expect over the coming months

We'll get an early idea of the type of support you might need

We'll be helping you get ready to share with Workshop membership team who might be your mentors and set the agenda for that session

This is where we bring in the support team. We'll invite along a few of the Workshop membership that we feel might be best placed to help you

You'll meet them, they'll meet you and between us we'll clarify the top 3 priorities for you and your business

Outcome

  • Written up action plan for your 3 months

Outline

  • 3 x 1 hour sessions with subject matter experts from the workshop community at times that suits you & them

  • Support with developing a business plan template development and monthly check-in

  • Lunch & learns I.E. Incorporating a business, tax returns, recruiting and people issues for start ups, contracting

  • Weekly check-in with workshop manager to check on progress/prioritisation/support to give you structure and accountability
