Wellbeing, connection, community
The Sport Winchester Awards will shine a spotlight on clubs, athletes, coaches, volunteers, supporters and organisations from across the city for an evening celebrating sporting achievement and, importantly, the often unseen contribution that makes participation possible.
For Workshop, the partnership also reflects its approach to work-life balance. Rather than viewing wellbeing as something separate from working life, we believe that a healthy working environment should give people the space and opportunity to develop the relationships and interests that make life richer outside work.
“If you're happier, healthier and more connected, you're likely to be a better version of yourself at work as well. And if work gives you a sense of community and flexibility, that can support a better life outside work too. Sport Winchester's focus on physical and mental wellbeing, connection and working together really resonates with what we're trying to create at Workshop."
